By using the VaytFit app or website you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. About the service
VaytFit is a mobile app with an exercise library, training plans and progress tracking. The service is provided "as is" and is updated from time to time.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for your password and the security of your account. Do not share your account with others. Accounts may be blocked if the rules are broken.
3. Subscription and payment
Signing up gives you a 7-day free trial. After it ends, a subscription is required to access the content. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Payment is taken through Payme or Click; a period that has already been activated is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
4. Health disclaimer
The exercises, programmes and articles in the app are general information and are NOT medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting to train, especially if you have a chronic condition, an injury or are pregnant. You perform the exercises according to your own state of health and accept responsibility for doing so.
5. Use of content
The exercises, texts, images and animations in the app are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing or reselling them commercially is not allowed. Personal use is fine.
6. Limitation of liability
Liability for injury, harm to health or data loss arising from use of the service is limited to the extent permitted by law. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party outages.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. The procedure is described on a separate page. Delete your account →
8. Changes
These terms may change. We announce significant changes in the app and update the date on this page.
