Delete your account
There are two ways to delete your VaytFit account and the data attached to it. The fastest is from inside the app.
From the app (recommended)
- Open the VaytFit app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Open Settings → the ACCOUNT section at the very bottom.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
A 30-day grace period
Deletion is not immediate. Once requested, every device is signed out and the content is locked, but the data is kept for 30 days: sign in during that window and the account is fully restored. After the window closes, the data is permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
- Profile details and photo
- Weight, body measurements and their history
- Before-and-after photos (files included)
- Workout sessions, plans and programmes
- Saved workouts, comments and notifications
What is kept
Payment records are kept for accounting and legal reasons, but they are anonymised — they can no longer be linked back to you.
If you can't sign in
If you lost your phone or can't recover your password, email us from the address the account is registered to. Put "Delete account" in the subject line. We complete such requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Coach and administrator accounts cannot be deleted from the app: their content is linked to other users' active plans. For those accounts, please contact support.
